EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping – is a meridian-based energy therapy (opening up the flow of energy through these meridians by tapping strategically on them) developed by Gary Craig from the landmark discoveries of Dr. Roger Callahan. It is a simple technique based on acupuncture, which has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine.
