The Survivor Sanctuary

Healing Retreats for Women Who Have Lost a Loved One to Suicide

A sacred place to rest, reconnect, and rebuild a meaningful life after loss through travel, connection, healing, and transformative cultural experiences

After losing multiple loved ones to suicide, I discovered that healing was not found by putting my life on hold. Some of my greatest moments of healing happened when I stepped beyond the familiar and allowed the world to meet me again.

Standing on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Walking ancient streets filled with history. Experiencing cultures different from my own. Watching the sunrise in a place I had never been before. Sharing meaningful conversations with women who understood the complexity of my journey.

These experiences reminded me of something grief had made easy to forget: life was still waiting for me.

That realization became the inspiration for The Survivor Sanctuary™, a collection of intimate healing retreats created especially for women who have lost a loved one to suicide.

A sanctuary is more than a beautiful destination. It is a place where you can exhale, soften, and feel held. It is a place where your grief is welcomed, your loved one is remembered, and you are gently invited to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been silenced by loss.

Unlike a traditional grief retreat or an ordinary vacation, each Survivor Sanctuary experience brings together healing, travel, connection, and immersive cultural exploration. Every gathering is intentionally small, creating the emotional safety and genuine connection needed for women to feel seen, understood, and supported.

Each retreat is shaped by the unique spirit of its destination. Rather than simply visiting a place, you will experience it meaningfully through local traditions, cultural experiences, nature, reflection, and restorative practices that offer new perspectives and create lasting memories.

Imagine

Watching the sunrise over Bali as you reflect on your own journey of renewal.

Participating in sacred cultural traditions that invite healing, presence, and connection.

Exploring breathtaking landscapes that remind you of the beauty still present in the world.

Sharing honest conversations and meaningful experiences with women who understand suicide loss without needing an explanation.

Creating new memories that honor both your grief and your desire to live fully.

Throughout each retreat, you will be guided through thoughtfully curated healing practices, meaningful rituals, reflection, nervous system regulation tools, and opportunities for personal growth. There will also be spaciousness to rest, breathe, explore, laugh, and simply be.

Often, the deepest transformation happens in the moments between the planned experiences: a heartfelt conversation over a shared meal, an unexpected sense of wonder, a quiet moment in nature, or the realization that joy can return without diminishing your love for the person who died.

Healing is not about moving on from those we love. It is about learning to move forward while carrying their love and memory with us.

If you are longing for more than a support group, more than a vacation, and more than simply surviving, I invite you into The Survivor Sanctuary™.

Together, we will explore beautiful places, create meaningful connections, honor our loved ones, and gently rediscover what it means to embrace life again.

With love and hope,
