A Different Kind of Healing Experience Begins Here
Because healing after suicide loss is about so much more than surviving grief.
When someone you love dies by suicide, your world changes in ways few people truly understand.
The grief touches every part of your life—your mind, your body, your relationships, your sense of safety, and even your ability to imagine joy again.
Healing isn't just something you talk about. It's something you experience.
Healing the Mind, Body & Spirit
The effects of suicide loss aren't just emotional—they're physical, neurological, and deeply personal.
That's why every experience at Waves of Healing has been intentionally chosen to support healing on every level.
Rather than spending an entire weekend focused on loss, you'll experience gentle, evidence-informed and holistic practices that help regulate the nervous system, calm the body, reconnect with the present moment, and create space for healing..
This isn't simply a weekend away—it's an investment in your lifelong well-being. You'll leave with a personalized healing toolkit of practices you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming, empowering you to care for yourself long after the retreat has ended.
Come Exactly As You Are
Whether your loss was recent or many years ago…
We'll meet you exactly where you are—with compassion, understanding, and hope.

A Final Thought From My Heart
As women, we're often the caregivers.
We're the ones who hold families together, show up for everyone else, and keep moving—even when our own hearts are breaking.
After suicide loss, many of us become even more focused on caring for others while quietly neglecting ourselves.
Self-care is essential for healing! When we intentionally care for ourselves, we're giving our brains and bodies the opportunity to heal the way they were beautifully designed to.
I know this because I've lived it.
As painful as this journey has been, it has also become one of my greatest teachers.
It taught me to slow down.
To be fully present.
To stop waiting for "someday.".
Most of all, it taught me that self-care isn't a luxury—it is one of the most compassionate gifts we can give ourselves.
When we care for our own hearts and nervous systems, we become more present for the people we love and more able to fully embrace the life that's still unfolding before us.
.My hope is that you'll leave Waves of Healing with a calmer nervous system, practical tools to support your healing, and a renewed appreciation for life's simple moments. Because when we care for ourselves with compassion, we create space for hope, healing, and a life that is lived with greater intention, gratitude, and love.
I would be honored to walk beside you.
With love,
Jayne xoxo
