I understand because I've lived it.
As a survivor of multiple suicide losses, I know the devastation suicide leaves behind. I also know something many survivors struggle to believe in the early days of grief:

But because we learn how to carry our grief while creating space for hope, meaning, connection, purpose, and joy.

Meet Jayne Madigan
After losing multiple loved ones to suicide, I dedicated my life to understanding how healing happens and helping other survivors discover that healing is possible for them too.
Today, I combine lived experience, neuroscience-informed practices, EFT/Tapping, nervous system regulation, reflective writing, and nature-based healing experiences to help survivors move from surviving to healing.
