Meet Your Guide

Where Science Meets Spirit… and Healing Becomes Possible Again

Grief after suicide loss is not only emotional—
it is neurological, physiological, spiritual, and deeply personal.

It affects every layer of your being:
your thoughts, your body, your breath, your sleep, your sense of self… and your connection to meaning.

This is something I understand not only professionally—
but personally.

My Story

With over 30 years of lived experience navigating suicide loss and advanced training in trauma-informed care
I’m a trauma-informed practitioner, educator, speaker and 34 year, multiple time survivor of suicide loss, with advanced training in neuropsychotherapy, suicide bereavement, and nervous system–based healing.

I help individuals gently reconnect with their body, regulate their nervous system, and access their inner wisdom—so healing can unfold safely and naturally.

But my work didn’t begin with certifications.
It began with loss.

There are moments in life that divide us into two versions of ourselves:
the person we were before… and the person we become after.

For me, that moment came more than once.

In the 1990s, I lost my 47-year-old uncle and godfather to suicide—
long before trauma, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing were widely understood.

There was little support.
There was stigma.
And there were far more questions than answers.

Four years later, I received a terminal diagnosis.

Sitting in that doctor’s office, I felt the same shock…
the same collapse…
the same overwhelming sense that something inside me had been deeply disrupted.

It became clear to me that grief is not something we simply “feel”—
it is something the body holds.

And it was through that realization that everything began to change.

The Turning Point

The tools I now teach—
somatic, emotional, neurological, and energetic—
are the same tools that supported my healing.

They helped regulate my nervous system.
They allowed my body to release stored stress.
They restored balance, resilience, and capacity.

And ultimately, they supported my body in doing what it is designed to do:
heal my body from a terminal illness.

Years later, in 2022, I lost my 24-year-old nephew and godson to suicide.

That loss could have taken me under.

Instead, it deepened my commitment to this work.

The same tools that once helped me survive
allowed me to stay grounded, connected, and present—even in profound grief.

My Work Today

Today, I support survivors of suicide loss and individuals navigating complex grief through a trauma-informed, body-based approach to healing.

My work integrates science and spirituality in a grounded, practical way.

My Approach Includes:

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (aka tapping)

  • Trauma-informed somatic practices

  • Nervous system regulation & neuropsychology principles

  • Heart–brain coherence

  • Energy medicine and meridian-based practices

  • Epigenetic and stress-response support

  • Gentle spiritual integration and meaning-making

This is not about forcing healing.
It’s about creating the conditions where healing can naturally occur.

We begin with safety.
We work with the body.
And we move at a pace that honors your nervous system.

Why This Work Matters

Suicide loss is uniquely complex.

It often carries layers of shock, confusion, guilt, and unanswered questions—
combined with a nervous system that has been deeply impacted.

What many people don’t realize is this:

The experience is not just emotional.
It is biological.

When we understand this, healing becomes more accessible—
and more compassionate.

Who I Work With

I support individuals who are:

  • Navigating suicide loss

  • Experiencing traumatic or complicated grief

  • Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck

  • Seeking a body-based, trauma-informed approach

  • Exploring both scientific and spiritual paths to healing

I work virtually with clients across the United States and internationally.

My Philosophy

Healing is not about “moving on.”

It is about learning how to live with what has happened—
in a way that restores connection, safety, and meaning.

Grief does not need to be rushed.
And you do not need to be fixed.

You need support.
You need understanding.
You need tools that work with your body—not against it.

A Final Note

If you’re here, something in you is seeking support.

A sense of relief.

you don’t have to navigate this alone.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you.
