Meet Your Guide

Where science meets spirit… and healing becomes possible again.

Grief after suicide loss is not just emotional—
it is spiritual, somatic, neurological, and energetic.

It touches every layer of your being:
your mind, your body, your breath, your sleep, your spirit, your identity.

I understand this deeply, because I’ve lived it.

I’m Jayne Madigan, Master EFT Practitioner, Certified Neuropsychotherapist, Suicide Bereavement Clinician, Energy Medicine Specialist and Intuitive Somatic Healer. I help survivors of suicide loss reconnect with their breath, their nervous system, and their inner wisdom so they can heal gently, safely, and at their own pace.

But my work didn’t begin with certifications.
It began with spiritual awakening through grief.

The one experience that changed my life….

I often tell people there are moments in life that split us in two:
the person we were before… and the person we become after.

For me, that moment came twice.

First, in the 1990s, when I lost my 47-year-old uncle/godfather to suicide—long before we understood trauma, neurobiology, or somatic healing. Stigma was heavy. Support was scarce. Spiritual understanding was minimal.

Four years later, I was diagnosed with a terminal illness.

As I sat in that doctor’s office, bracing for what I already knew was coming, the same shock and soul-deep collapse I felt after my uncle’s death washed over me again.

It was as if my body had absorbed every unprocessed emotion.
Every unanswered question.
Every spiritual injury.

Here’s the one sentence that captures the truth of my story:

The tools I teach now—somatic, energetic, emotional, and neurological—are the tools that healed me.

They didn’t just help me cope;
they reversed a terminal diagnosis.
They restored my nervous system.
They rebalanced my energy.
They helped my body remember how to heal.

And years later, in 2022, when I lost my 24-year-old nephew/godson to suicide—
those same tools carried me through another spiritual earthquake.

They helped me stay grounded.
They helped me stay connected.
They helped me stay alive.

I’ve navigated many layers of loss since then.
Instead of breaking me, each one initiated me deeper into my purpose.

This is why I do this work.
To guide others through what I had to navigate alone.
To blend science and spirit in a way that truly supports healing.
To help survivors feel safe in their bodies again
—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

My Approach: Where Neuroscience Meets Energy Healing

My method integrates the wisdom of the body with the clarity of science:

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

  • Trauma-informed somatic release

  • Neuropsychotherapy + nervous system regulation

  • Heart–brain coherence

  • Energy medicine + meridian work

  • Epigenetic and quantum healing principles

  • Spiritual meaning-making and intuitive guidance

This is healing that honors all parts of you—
your biology, your emotions, your energy field, and your soul.

My approach is gentle and deeply compassionate.
We don’t rush the process.
We listen to the body.
We work with the nervous system, not against it.
We create safety first, then transformation.

Why I Do This Work

I became the guide I once prayed for.

Someone who understands the spiritual rupture of suicide loss.
Someone who understands the physiological impact on the nervous system.
Someone who bridges the clinical and the energetic.
Someone who can hold sacred space through impossible grief.

Today, I help survivors:

  • release guilt, shame & self-blame

  • calm trauma responses

  • reopen the heart

  • restore energetic balance

  • find meaning after spiritual injury

  • reconnect with intuition

  • rediscover inner strength and purpose

Not by erasing grief—
but by healing with it.

Who I Work With

  • survivors of suicide loss

  • those experiencing traumatic or complicated grief

  • individuals seeking somatic + energetic healing

  • people feeling spiritually disconnected after loss

  • those needing nervous-system stabilization

  • anyone longing for a compassionate guide who blends
    science, spirituality, and embodied healing

I work virtually with clients across the country and around the world.

My Philosophy

Grief is not purely psychological—
it lives in the body, the breath, the energy field, and the soul.

Healing isn’t about “moving on.”
It’s about returning to yourself.
It’s about feeling safe again.
It’s about remembering your inner light.
It’s about rebuilding a relationship with your own spirit.

You don’t need to be fixed.
You need to be supported.

And that’s what I’m here for.

A Final Note From My Heart

If you’re here, you’re carrying something sacred.
A story.
A loss.
A longing for relief.
A desire to breathe again.

I honor your courage.
I honor your grief.
And I would be honored to walk with you as you heal.

When you’re ready, your next step begins.
And you won’t walk it alone.

May your heart be held, your spirit guided, and your path softened,

Jayne xxoo
