Making Room for Grief This Holiday Season
A live online workshop for survivors of suicide loss
You don’t have to navigate the holidays alone.
The holidays can bring memories, difficult expectations, and a deeper awareness of who is missing. You may want to celebrate, skip the season entirely, or feel differently from one moment to the next.
Join Jayne Madigan, a fellow survivor of suicide loss and grief support facilitator, for a compassionate, practical workshop to help you approach the holidays with more support and less pressure.
Together, we’ll explore how to:
Choose which traditions to keep, change, or set aside.
Set gentle boundaries around gatherings and expectations.
Use grounding practices when grief feels overwhelming.
Make room for moments of comfort and joy without forcing them.
Create a personal holiday support plan.
Honor Their Life. Carry Their Love.
We’ll close with a Living Legacy Ceremony™, a shared moment to honor the people we love and the lives they lived.
You’re invited to bring a photograph or meaningful object that reminds you of your loved one. Sharing is always optional—you are welcome exactly as you are.
