When Everyone Else Has Moved On

The Challenges No One Talks About After Suicide Loss

Tuesdays at 7 PM (EST) July 7, 14, 21, 28

People often talk about the early days of grief—the shock, the heartbreak, the overwhelming pain of losing someone you love to suicide.

But what happens years later?

What happens when the casseroles stop coming, the phone calls become less frequent, and everyone around you assumes you've "moved on"?

For many suicide loss survivors, the challenges don't disappear with time—they simply change.

You may still find yourself struggling with unexpected triggers, difficult anniversaries, lingering guilt, unanswered questions, strained relationships, or the feeling that no one truly understands what you're carrying.

You may wonder why the loss still affects you years later.

You may feel alone because everyone else seems to have returned to their lives while you're still learning how to carry yours.

If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.

Introducing a 4-Week Healing Experience for Suicide Loss Survivors

When Everyone Else Has Moved On is a supportive six-week workshop designed specifically for survivors who are navigating life after the initial stages of grief.

Whether your loss occurred three years ago, ten years ago, or decades ago, this program offers a safe space to explore the challenges that often emerge long after the world expects you to be "over it."

Through guided discussions, healing exercises, reflection, and practical tools, you'll gain new insights, deeper self-compassion, and meaningful connection with others who understand this unique journey.

What You'll Learn

Week 1: When Support Disappears

In the months and years following a suicide loss, many survivors find that friends and family stop checking in, even though the pain remains. We'll explore the hidden grief that continues long after others expect you to be "better" and identify ways to create the support you need today.

Week 2: Triggers, Anniversaries, and the Questions That Remain

A song, a date, a photograph, or an unexpected memory can bring grief rushing back. We'll discuss how to navigate emotional triggers, significant dates, and the unanswered questions, guilt, regret, and "what ifs" that can resurface even years later.

Week 3: Relationships, Family, and Feeling Misunderstood

Suicide loss often changes relationships. Family members grieve differently, friendships shift, and many survivors feel alone in their experience. We'll explore healthy ways to navigate these challenges while honoring your own healing journey.

Week 4: Finding Meaning and Carrying Love Forward

Healing doesn't mean forgetting. In our final week, we'll explore ways to honor your loved one's memory while continuing to build a meaningful life. You'll leave with practical tools and a renewed sense of hope, purpose, and connection as you move forward carrying both love and loss.

This Series is For You if:

  • You lost a loved one to suicide and feel like others expect you to be "over it."

  • You still experience grief triggers, even years later.

  • You sometimes feel isolated in your grief journey.

  • You want support from others who truly understand suicide loss.

  • You're ready to move beyond surviving and begin thriving.

What You'll Walk Away With

This isn't simply a discussion group.

Throughout this 4-week healing experience, you'll learn trauma-informed healing techniques grounded in neuroscience that can help calm your nervous system, navigate emotional triggers, reduce overwhelm, and create greater emotional resilience.

These advanced tools can help you:

• Respond differently when grief, anxiety, guilt, or difficult emotions arise

• Feel more grounded and in control during triggering situations

• Better regulate your nervous system during times of stress

• Develop greater self-compassion and emotional resilience

• Navigate life's challenges with more confidence and ease

• Create moments of peace, even while carrying grief

While these techniques are especially valuable for suicide loss survivors, they can also be applied to many of life's challenges, including stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, and other emotional obstacles.

My goal is not simply to help you understand your grief—it's to equip you with practical tools that support healing for years to come.

As a survivor of multiple suicide losses spanning more than three decades, I understand that healing doesn't follow a timeline.

The challenges change. The questions change. But healing remains possible.

You don't have to navigate this chapter alone.

A Message from Jayne

As a survivor of multiple suicide losses spanning more than three decades, I understand that healing doesn't follow a timeline.

I've learned that grief evolves. The questions change. The challenges change. But healing remains possible.

This workshop was created for survivors who are ready to explore the parts of the journey that few people talk about—the experiences that often emerge after everyone else has moved on.

You don't have to navigate this chapter alone.

Join us as we explore what it means to carry love forward, honor our losses, and create a life that includes both grief and hope.
