In this opening session, you'll learn why suicide grief is different and discover that what you're experiencing is a normal response to an unimaginable loss.
We'll explore:

Common emotional and physical responses
Trauma and the grieving brain
Guilt, unanswered questions, and self-compassion
What to expect during the early stages of healing
Week 2: Calming the Storm: Practical Tools for Healing
Discover simple, evidence-informed techniques to help regulate your nervous system and find moments of calm during difficult days.
We'll explore:
Breathwork for emotional regulation
EFT (Tapping)
Grounding and mindfulness practices
Managing anxiety and overwhelm
Supporting healthy sleep and self-care
Week 3: When Everyone Else Has Moved On
One of the most painful realities after suicide loss is feeling like the world has moved forward while you're still trying to make sense of what happened.

Responding to hurtful or insensitive comments
Managing anniversaries, holidays, and other triggers
