When I lost my loved one to suicide 32 years ago, I felt the same isolation, confusion, and heartbreak you may be feeling now. Back then, support was limited, and stigma made it hard to even talk about my grief. But one day, I found a small group of people who understood my pain without judgment. That connection changed everything.
Now, I want to share that same safe, healing space with you.
This is why I created the Free Monthly Support Group for Suicide Loss Survivors, held virtually the first Tuesday of each month at 7 PM (ET).
What to Expect
When you join our group, you’re stepping into a welcoming, compassionate environment. To make sure everyone feels safe and heard, we divide participants into small, private Zoom breakout rooms. This isn’t a crowded webinar—it’s an intimate space where you can connect deeply and share freely.
