A New Year Gift for You: Finding Hope & Healing Together
Join Our Free 4-Part Survivors of Suicide Loss Group Series
As the New Year approaches, I know that stepping into 2025 without your loved one by your side may feel overwhelming. But you don't have to navigate this difficult journey alone. That’s why I’m inviting you to join me for a free, 4-part Survivors of Suicide Loss group series — a space designed to offer comfort, connection, and hope as we move forward together.
This series is my New Year gift to you, a heartfelt invitation to honor your loved one, explore healing tools, and connect with others who truly understand what you’re going through.
What to Expect:
We’ll meet every Thursday in January from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM (ET) via Zoom, for a safe and supportive experience that will help you process your grief, find healing, and connect with others who share your journey.
Each session is broken into two parts:
First 30 Minutes: I’ll guide you through practical tools and healing techniques to help you process your emotions, manage triggers, and take gentle steps toward healing. This segment will provide tangible methods you can apply right away to help you navigate the complexities of grief.
Next 30 Minutes: You’ll be placed in a small, intimate Zoom Breakout Room with a few other survivors. This is a chance to share your story, if you feel comfortable, and connect with others who understand the depth of your pain. Together, we’ll create a space of compassion, support, and understanding.
Whether you're new to this journey or have been living with your grief for years, each session will offer tools for healing, a sense of community, and a renewed hope for the future.
Session Highlights:
January 2: Reflecting on the Past Year
In our first session, we’ll take time to honor the year that has passed, acknowledging the pain and struggles while also recognizing moments of strength and resilience. You’ll be guided through a reflective exercise to help you process the complexities of the past year.
January 9: Balancing Grief and Hope
Grief and hope may seem like opposing forces, but in this session, we’ll explore how to hold both in your heart. I’ll share strategies to help you balance the sorrow of your loss with the possibility of healing and hope for the future.
January 16: Setting Intentions for Healing
The start of a new year is a powerful time to set intentions. Together, we’ll explore how to create healing intentions that feel both gentle and empowering. This session will offer you practical steps to move forward while honoring your grief.
January 23: Finding Hope in Community
In our final session, we’ll focus on the importance of community in the healing process. You’ll hear stories of resilience, find support among fellow survivors, and understand how connection can provide hope and strength during your grief journey.
A Safe, Personal Space Just for You
This series is completely free, but space is limited to ensure each participant has a safe and personal experience. You’ll be joining a group of people who understand your unique pain and can walk alongside you as you begin to find healing.
