The death of a loved one by suicide can leave survivors carrying overwhelming grief, unanswered questions, isolation, and emotional shock. Writing can become a powerful pathway toward healing, understanding, and expression when words are difficult to speak aloud.  In this compassionate and supportive 4-week virtual series, participants will explore the healing power of writing while connecting with others who understand the unique experience of suicide loss.

About the Series

Writing a Path to Healing: Coping with the Suicide of a Loved One to Suicide
is a hands-on exploration of the power of the written word as a tool to addressing loss and grief.  Participants will discover how sharing their feelings through writing can lead to a greater clarity and understanding of the chaos and confusion that the death of a loved one by suicide leaves in its wake.

Through guided prompts, reflection, discussion, and supportive community, participants will be gently encouraged to express emotions, process grief experiences, and discover how writing can support healing and meaning-making after devastating loss.

No writing experience is necessary.
