Before You Book

Healing After Suicide™ sessions are private-pay. I do not accept insurance.

If you are looking to use insurance benefits, this may not be the right fit — and I want to honor your time.

If you are seeking focused, skill-based support in a private setting, we may work beautifully together.

If We Continue Working Together

Single Session — $97
60 minutes of personalized, nervous-system-informed support.

4-Session Series — $197 (Recommended)
A structured container designed to help you stabilize your nervous system, process grief safely, and build steady momentum.

Suicide loss is complex. While a single session can be helpful, I typically recommend at least four sessions so we can create real stability and meaningful progress together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?
No. Healing After Suicide™ is a structured, safe, neuroscience based approach focused on nervous system regulation, grief stabilization, and embodied tools for healing.

Do you accept insurance or FSA/HSA?
I do not accept insurance. Sessions are private-pay. I can provide a receipt upon request, and you’re welcome to check with your provider regarding possible reimbursement.
