Tapping Circle™
A Guided Group Experience to Calm Your Nervous System & Release Emotional Stress
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed…
stuck in your thoughts…
or like your body just won’t settle…
You’re not alone.
After trauma or loss—especially suicide loss—your nervous system can stay on high alert.
A Tapping Circle offers a gentle, guided way to help your body finally exhale.
What Is Tapping (EFT)?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is a body-based practice that combines elements of psychology with gentle acupressure.
By tapping on specific points on the face and body while focusing on what you’re feeling, you help signal safety to the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity.
Research shows that EFT can:
Lower stress and anxiety
Reduce emotional overwhelm
Improve mood and sense of well-being
Support the body in regulating stress responses
It’s simple, effective, and doesn’t require you to relive or rehash your story.
What Makes a Tapping Circle So Powerful
This is not just tapping.
This is guided, supported, nervous-system-informed healing in community.
In a Tapping Circle, we tap together as a group—on shared emotional themes like:
Grief
Anxiety
Guilt
Anger
Emotional overwhelm
Even if you don’t share anything personally, your body still benefits.
This is known as “Borrowing Benefits”—where you experience relief simply by tapping along with others.
Many people find group tapping creates deeper shifts than doing it alone.
Why Work With a Master EFT Practitioner
While tapping looks simple, how it’s guided matters.
As a Certified Master EFT Practitioner, Jayne will help you:
Identify what your nervous system is actually holding
Use the right language to safely release it
Avoid emotional overwhelm or retraumatization
Move through blocks more quickly and effectively
Explain the science behind this powerful technique
You’re not guessing.
You’re being guided.
What You’ll Experience in the Circle
Each session is gently structured and trauma-informed:
