Journey to Renewal

A Transformational Healing Experience
There are places in the world that invite us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves. Bali is one of those places.
Travel and transformational experiences have been an important part of my own healing journey following the loss of my loved ones to suicide. During some of my most difficult seasons of grief, I found healing not only through inner work, but also through stepping outside my everyday environment, connecting with nature, experiencing new cultures, and remembering that joy and healing can coexist.
Journey to Renewal was inspired by that experience.
Nestled in the peaceful village of Bingin in Uluwatu, Bali, this intimate retreat will bring together a small group of participants for a meaningful week of healing, reflection, connection, and renewal in one of the world's most spiritually rich destinations.
Known as the "Island of the Gods," Bali is a place where spirituality is woven into everyday life. Throughout the island, you'll find offerings placed at doorways, sacred temples nestled among lush landscapes, and a culture that honors balance, gratitude, and connection.
For centuries, people have traveled to Bali seeking renewal, reflection, and transformation. The island's breathtaking beauty, gentle rhythms, and deep spiritual traditions create an environment that naturally invites you to slow down, become present, and reconnect with what matters most.
Surrounded by tropical gardens, ocean breezes, sacred spaces, and a culture that embraces mindfulness and community, you'll be immersed in an experience that nourishes both the heart and soul.
Surrounded by tropical landscapes, sacred temples, breathtaking ocean views, and a culture that embraces presence and balance, you'll be invited to step away from the demands of everyday life and create space for healing, hope, and transformation.
This retreat is designed for those navigating grief, loss, life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper connection with themselves and their next chapter.
Healing is possible. Sometimes a change of scenery, a supportive community, and the courage to take the next step can open the door to profound transformation.
