Grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide is a deeply personal and often overwhelming experience. It can feel isolating, and the idea of sharing your emotions in a large group may feel intimidating or uncomfortable. That’s why our free monthly support group is designed to create a safe, intimate space where you can connect, share, and heal with others who truly understand.
To ensure a supportive and personal experience, participants will be divided into small, private Zoom breakout rooms. This allows for meaningful connection and conversation in an environment that feels safe and comforting.

How to Join
Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month online via Zoom at 7 PM (ET), offering the flexibility to join from the comfort of your home.
