Welcome,

I hope this letter finds you well. I want to extend a heartfelt invitation for you to join a compassionate and empowering community: our free support group designed specifically for women who, like you, have endured the loss of a loved one to suicide. I understand the depth of this journey personally, as I am a 32-year, four-time survivor of suicide loss. My own experience has shown me just how valuable a support network can be in the healing process, and I want you to know that you don’t have to face this alone.

The group meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7 PM (ET), virtually on Zoom. When time allows, I offer additional meetings.

In this group, you’ll find a community of women who truly understand the unique challenges you face. Here are some of the valuable benefits you can expect:

  1. Shared Understanding and Connection
Sometimes, just being among people who understand your experience is the first step to healing. In this support group, you'll find a compassionate circle where you can share your story, listen to others, and gain insights that only those who have walked a similar path can provide.

  2. Holistic Tools for Healing
We'll explore and practice gentle, holistic techniques designed to support emotional and physical well-being. Techniques like mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and somatic exercises are powerful ways to process grief and help you feel grounded and empowered.

  3. A Safe Space to Explore Your Feelings
This group is a judgment-free zone where you can express any and all feelings without worry. We honor your journey and offer a place to process complex emotions and the layered aspects of grief.

  4. Guidance from an Experienced Facilitator
As a holistic neuropsychotherapist and certified energy medicine specialist, I have helped many people move through the shadows of grief and find light on the other side. Together, we’ll navigate this journey with compassion and self-compassion, using evidence-based practices that I’ve seen make a difference for many.

  5. Empowerment to Move Forward
This group isn’t just about healing the past—it’s about empowering you to build a future that honors your loved one and nurtures your own well-being. Together, we’ll explore how to carry forward their love and memory in a way that brings peace and purpose.

If you’re ready to join a group of resilient women, ready to heal, grow, and support each other, I invite you to join us. It’s entirely free, and you’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels best for you. Please register below to receive the Zoom link and email updates.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or simply to talk about how you’re feeling. This group is here for you—because none of us should have to walk this path alone.

With compassion and understanding,
