  • Full refund minus a $50 admin fee up to 30 days out from scheduled one day retreat

  • 50% refund up to two weeks out from the scheduled date

  • No refund within two weeks of the retreat date

  • An exception will be made for an unexpected illness, i.e. COVID-19 related issues, and a refund of 50% or a credit to attend an up-coming retreat can be issued.

Discover compassionate support and holistic healing with Jayne Madigan, your guide through the uncharted path of suicide bereavement.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

9 AM: Meet & Greet with tea bar & light bites

9:30 AM: Healing Circle with Jayne Madigan, we’ll step out of ordinary time into a safe and accepting environment in which each of us can explore our own healing. With open hearts, we access our inner guidance to understand where the greatest healing - in body, emotions, mind and spirit - can occur.

10:15 to 11:15 AM: Mindful Movement with Janice Wilson, the goal is to bring your full attention to the present moment to experience the here and now. We’ll bring our awareness to our movement and focus on our breath or the way our body feels as it moves.

11:30 AM: Brunch Buffet (included) at Mama’s Boy Restaurant (walking distance)

1 PM: Laughter Yoga with Celeste Greene, is an innovative health and wellness program that uses intentional laughter as a form of physical exercise to enhance health and well-being. Based on scientific knowledge laughter generates physiological and psychological health benefits.

2 PM: Emotional Freedom Techniques with Jayne Madigan, also known as “tapping”, is a clinically proven technique that can relieve symptoms of grief and make you feel calm and be at peace.

3 PM: Sound Bath Journey with Janice Wilson, can help with grief by creating a safe space for emotional release and exploration. The waves of sound and vibrations can help release trapped emotions and feelings of loss.

4 PM: Self-Compassion Meditation with Jayne Madigan, we will close with this guided practice designed to help those who are suffering through a loss to progress in their acceptance and healing.

NOTE: Dress comfortably. Yoga mats will be provided or you can bring your own.
